Open AI Studio → Settings → Built-in → Manage Models to see the curated GGUF catalog. Start with the model marked Recommended.

• Qwen3 4B Instruct 2507 (Q4_K_M) — Recommended.
• Qwen3.5 4B (Q4_K_M) — Advanced / Experimental.
• Gemma 4 (4B, Q4_K_M) — Advanced / Compatibility.
• Gemma 4 (2B, Q8_0) — Legacy / Draft.
• Gemma 4 (4B, Q8_0) — Advanced / Heavy / Slow.

Models are downloaded separately. A lower parameter count does not necessarily mean a better choice for this app; the Recommended label is the best starting point. See the local AI requirements.
